Return Process

You can return your Blucher within 14 days of receiving it. We apologise for the short return window, but it's necessary to protect our company policies.

  • If you decide to return, please ensure the packaging is intact as the boxes are specifically designed for international courier purposes.
  • Send us the order ID, product image.
  • Please send the above information using the same email or phone number you used to receive during purchase.
  • We will verify your order and provide confirmation for the pick-up.

Exchange Process

Exchange is allowed only once.
You can exchange your Blucher within 14 days of receiving it. We apologise for the short exchange window, but it’s necessary to uphold our company policies.

  1. If you decide to exchange, please ensure the packaging is intact, as the boxes are specifically designed for international courier purposes.
  2. Send us the order ID, product image, and box image.
  3. Use the same email or phone number you used to purchase the product.
  4. Provide the detail of product (Model name, size) that you want to replace with.
  5. We will cross check your order and provide you confirmation for pick-up and delivery.

Courier Shipment

  • We utilize well known international courier services to ship your product and strive to deliver it to you as quickly as possible.
  • Please note that you do not need to pay anything to the courier. Not even custom duty or import taxes.
  • We do not support COD orders, so there will be no liability on you to pay anything after purchasing Blucher.

If Out of Stock ?

Bluchers are handmade, and crafting each pair takes time. Small errors can lead us to restart the entire process!

As a result, Bluchers might occasionally be out of stock. If you would like to order a Blucher even when it’s out of stock, please contact us on WhatsApp, and we will prioritise crafting your pair of shoe and will send you!
